Finally, after all these years of waiting, Art Lebedev’s Optimus Maximus keyboard is finally available at ThinkGeek! Unfortunately, this piece of art comes in at a whopping $1,589.99 price tag that many of us probably wouldn’t be willing to pay for any keyboard… but then again, this isn’t just any keyboard. To the lady who decided to stand on top of the flower bed during the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C. on April 12th 2008:

I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to think about your fellow audience members when you decided to block their view by hauling yourself (and gracefully I might add) on top of the flower bed in order to get a better view of the stage. I hope you enjoyed the unobstructed vantage point while you left the rest of us who decided NOT to climb the flower bed to allow others to see, standing there on the ground with a fantastic view of your back. You showed much respect for us in your efforts to ameliorate your line of sight and thusly, I dedicate this post in your honor and for all to see the wonderful perspective you left us with. Next time we encounter each other, I will make sure to shake your hand and congratulate you on your manners. You really suck.
