So Cold – We Are Not Alone :: Breaking Benjamin

Crap. I did it again. I posted yet another music video from YouTube. After the previous post, I just couldn’t (in good concious) omit this one from the lineup. It was the song that got me to start listening to Breaking Benjamin. In any case, I hope you enjoy this one too.

FYI: The video is not the official music video of “So Cold.” Instead, it is a user-generated compilation of video taken from Valve’s Half Life 2.

Diary of Jane [Acoustic] – Phobia :: Breaking Benjamin

Ok, ok, so I’m back to trolling Youtube for music videos of the songs that I like; forgive me, I haven’t been able to get out much lately. In any case, I hope you enjoy this one.

Halo Theme – Corpormix :: Corporeal

For those of you who are fans of Halo, here’s a great remake/cover of the game’s theme song. If you don’t have a clue to what I’m talking about, just watch the video and listen. It’s a great combination of violin, electric guitar, drums, and other electroquipment.

You can also download the song in mp3 format found here.

Don’t forget to visit their website http://www.corporealmusic.net/ for more information about the band and their music.

To Forgive But Not Forget – The Rough and the Smooth :: Outside

For the longest of time, I mistakenly believed that this song was composed by DJ Aphex Twin from his album ‘Outside’ – and it seems as though I’m not the only one who made (are making) that mistake. (Do a quick Google search for ‘violin solo Aphex Twin’ and you’ll see what I mean). Fortunately for me, after doing some research for this blog post, I was able to track down the original composers and found them to be a group called Outside and this particular track comes from their album The Rough and the Smooth. I haven’t had the chance to listen to their full album just yet, but if it’s anything like To Forgive But Not Forget, I’m sure to love it. Enjoy for now!
